Effectiveness Proven by practice

Tennis Under 10 is a certified tennis teaching system for children under 10 years old, designed to identify and develop future professional tennis players through special equipment and methods that adapt tennis to the physical and psychological abilities of children at each stage of learning.

The success of Tennis Under 10 is based on creating conditions in which the child can truly make an impact in tennis, control the ball and move around the court just as adult tennis players do on a standard court.

Red Ball is divided into 3 levels: level 3 is for beginners and level 1 is for advanced players. Each child aged 4 to 8 starts in the Red Ball 3 group and trains twice a week for 60 minutes during the first month, tennis only. From the second month, the child also attends general physical training (GPP) sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Every 3 months, or earlier at the coach's discretion, the child can be tested to move up to the next level, Red Ball category 2 or 3. Likewise, upon reaching age 8 or earlier, once the necessary skills are mastered, the child will move up to the next level: Orange Ball 2 or Orange Ball 3, depending on their sports skills.
