Court bookings
Courts can be booked online, by phone or at the front desk. A booking is confirmed by email once the court is reserved for you. A coach booked with a court is charged together with the court.
Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions and packs
Group training, yoga and gym passes are paid in advance for one month or for a pack of sessions. Unused sessions are not refunded after the first session. A pass can be paused once a year for up to 14 days if you tell us in writing before the pause starts.
Tournaments
An entry fee is refunded in full if you withdraw at least 7 days before the draw. Withdrawals made 1 to 6 days before the draw receive a 50% refund. After the draw, entry fees are not refunded.
Weather and closures
If we cancel a booking because of weather or a court closure, we will offer you another time or a full refund. We will tell you as early as possible by email or phone.
