What we collect

When you sign up, book a court or send a message, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred training times and a record of your bookings. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details to confirm bookings, answer your questions and arrange training. We send news and offers only if you agree to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact records are kept for two years after your last visit, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Then they are deleted.

Who can see it

Only club staff and coaches who need the information to run your training can see your details. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing. Write to hello@gorkytennis.com or call +1 (212) 555-0126.
